christine is my beloved big sister, who has guided me through life with good advice. well except for that one time, when she told me to take math 1a and cs 3 in the first semester of my freshman year and i almost flunked out trying. even so, i’ve always looked up to christine not only because she is 5 inches taller than me, but because she’s smart, strong, knows what she wants and goes for it, and constantly reminds me that i can do the same. i’m so lucky to have christine as my maidly matron of honor and wedding coordinator! |

i met clara when they imported her from the e&y singapore office to sf. i’ve always admired clara (aka “cvu”) for her kind-heartedness and amazing generosity, not to mention her kick*ss culinary skills and ability to successfully handle ten billion things at once – volunteer work, teaching cooking class, rock climbing…you name it! cvu has bailed us out on many a bbq without us having to ask. and…i’m so excited about this that i can only keep it a half secret – she’s preparing a special surprise for our wedding day!!! |

i met jenn at cal when she was just a surly skater girl working at wall berlin. jenn’s energy, creativity and talent across countless fronts have always amazed me. especially her uncanny ability to make anyone else with her become invisible whenever she’s around. but i’m not bitter, i’m just used to it! ;P jenn’s love for life and all the people around her is infectious, and it’s always a blast to hang out with her, which is why i do. plus she seems to be heading for world domination pretty soon too, which makes it extra cool to have her as my maid! |
